Norwich City are holding an independent inquiry after two fans ran onto the pitch during the Canaries' 7-1 defeat by Colchester on Saturday.
The two men, Mark Warman, 43, and Daniel Warman, 18, were questioned by police and cautioned.
They confronted Bryan Gunn and the rest of his management team in the technical area after Colchester had scored their fourth goal.
The club says it is considering what action to take against the two men.
The investigation is expected to be completed by the end of next week.
